Because crew care matters
Holistic massage therapy for the people who make the show happen.
Touring is demanding - physically, mentally, emotionally. The Touring Table brings restorative, on‑site holistic massage directly to crew and technicians, helping ease stress, tension, fatigue and the strain of life on the road.
Care shouldn’t be a luxury just because you’re on the road and crew wellbeing shouldn’t be the first thing to slip when the schedule gets tight.
About
Hi, I'm Claire, founder of The Touring Table,
I've been part of the live music world for most of my adult life, and I've worked in the touring sector since 2011. My career has taken me from splitter‑van club runs to stadium world tours, working as a video technician, production coordinator, driver, merch seller, promoter rep and VIP manager. I know the long hours, the pressure, the physical graft, the emotional load, and the unique rhythm of life on the road, because I've lived it.
That lived experience is what led me to retrain as a holistic massage therapist. I saw how often crew push through pain, exhaustion, stress and loneliness with no real support. I wanted to change that.
I specialise in holistic massage; a gentle, adaptable, whole‑person approach that works with the nervous system to help with chronic stress, chronic pain, muscle fatigue, tension, reduced mobility, sleep issues, grief and loneliness.
My aim is simple: to provide a safe, grounding space for your body and mind to reset, wherever the tour takes you.
The Touring Table exists, because crew deserve care too.
